Isaac is an associate attorney at Tobias Iszard, practicing exclusively family law. His practice covers every type of family law matter in Virginia, including adoption, separation, divorce, custody, visitation, and support cases.
Isaac grew up in Stafford, Virginia. He attended George Mason University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, magna cum laude, in 2016. In college, Isaac was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Kappa Sigma fraternity. During his time in college, Isaac helped raise nearly $10,000 to benefit the Wounded Warriors Foundation as a part of Kappa Sigma’s Military Heroes Campaign.
Isaac received his Juris Doctor from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 2019. During law school, Isaac clerked at several firms specializing in civil litigation. From May until August 2017, Isaac clerked at a firm representing professionals, including doctors and dentists, in breach of contract and tort matters. From May 2018 to May 2019, he clerked at Magruder Cook Koutsouftikis & Palanzi, where he worked on complex commercial leasing and real estate matters.
After graduating from law school, Isaac sat for the Virginia Bar Exam and was admitted to the Virginia Bar in October 2019. Isaac joined Dougherty Tobias Iszard Northern Virginia Law, PC in October 2019 and Tobias Iszard, PC in April 2021.
